Also upstairs, you will find a designated office space and a private room with a double-sized murphy bed. The open kitchen/dining/living room boasts high ceilings with tall windows and plenty of room to unwind. With the front porch and private courtyard you will have access to a gas fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of seats to watch lake view sunsets. Located in Trilith where you will find restaurants, a gym, movie theater, & shopping in walking distance as well as miles of walking paths and multiple neighborhood parks. Rental also includes access to the neighborhood pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and parks for children and adults. Golf cart access is included. Only 2 miles from the Arthur M. Available for the full World Cup period (June-July 2026) or in one week blocks. Discounted rates for multiple week bookings. Weekly stay minimum. A refundable $500 security deposit is required prior to check-in and will be collected by the homeowner outside the SHB platform. Details provided after booking is confirmed. The deposit will be returned within 72 hours of checkout, provided no damage is found upon inspection. Payment in full is due before occupancy.

Soccer Housing Bureau operates as an independent contractor to facilitate referrals of Renters to Homeowners willing to rent properties during the FIFA World Cup.
