1. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless previously approved.
2. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings (25 guest limit); check with host. Property has 13 outside surveillance cameras recording audio and visual.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
5. No pets.
6. Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight.
7. Please treat home with respect—any damages must be reported immediately.
8. Do not move furniture or electronic devices without permission.
9. Dispose of trash in designated bins.
10. Follow all parking instructions provided in the listing. Facing house from street, park on driveway and anywhere to the left of driveway and no place to the right. No vehicles in pool area and backyard area.
11. Use appliances and amenities responsibly. EV Charger use is for occupants of house only.
12. Turn off lights, lock doors, and secure windows when leaving the property.
13. Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of stay without refund as well as tampering with surveillance system.
14. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
