Dear Homeowner: You must read and agree to the following terms & conditions.
1. Submission of listing information, photos of the property, and payment of a nonrefundable $30 application fee to Soccer Housing Bureau by the Homeowner. Listing deadline is May 1, 2026. Applications will not be processed without electronic acceptance of the terms and payment of the $30 fee. Homes will not be listed without all required application materials.
2. All payment will be handled through the Soccer Housing Bureau website. Rates are contingent on individual properties and will be finalized with the Homeowner. Stay dates are expected to fall between June 10, 2026 and July 20, 2026, aligning with the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The first scheduled match in Atlanta is June 15, and the last is July 15. More match details will be shared as they are confirmed.
3. Homeowner agrees to abide by all applicable taxes and fees that apply to each rental, including:
• 5% Listing Fee once house is rented
• All applicable credit card fees
• Application Fee: $30.00
4. Renter agrees to abide by all applicable taxes and fees that apply to each rental, including:
• 5% Service Fee
• 7% Sales Tax
• Applicable Hotel/Motel Tax based on local city or county ordinance
• $5 Nightly State Hotel Fee
5. Homeowner agrees to pay Soccer Housing Bureau a listing and/or service fee (final rates TBD) as outlined during the rental confirmation process.
6. If a Homeowner rents to a Renter who was initially referred by Soccer Housing Bureau in a future year, the Homeowner agrees to pay the same agreed-upon percentage of the rental fee for that subsequent rental.
7. Rental of your primary or secondary residence is income tax-free for 14 days or less. We recommend you consult your CPA for full details.
Homeowner acknowledges that the relationship between Renter and Soccer Housing Bureau shall be that of independently contracting parties. The Renter and Soccer Housing Bureau are not joint venturers or partners. Soccer Housing Bureau operates as an independent contractor to facilitate referrals of Renters to Homeowners willing to rent properties during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Soccer Housing Bureau shall not be a party to the rental agreement between the Renter and the Homeowner. Homeowner hereby releases Soccer Housing Bureau from any and all claims arising out of the agreement between the Renter and the Homeowner. Homeowner agrees that the Renter is solely liable to the Homeowner for all losses and damages to the rented property and/or its contents during the term of the rental agreement.
