The space
Located on the 3rd floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers Condominiums, get ready for peaceful views. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom studio space condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed, convenient working space, fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea station, resort style bathroom and a relaxing patio! Please note, the studio does not have a wall or bedroom door separating it from the rest of the unit.
Other things to note
The unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in front of the bed. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches from AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season. We do not have individual control over where the unit is on AC or Heat.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condominium. Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building. Self check-in with keypad.
Additional rules
The condominium does not allow pets. Quiet Hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No SMOKING inside of the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $300 fine. No Parties, Gatherings, or Loud Music allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund. Local resident restrictions apply. Guest residing within a 60-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Age restriction applies: You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. Please contact the host first before booking. State ID or Driver License copy will be requested and required upon booking. Direct all questions and concerns to the Host ONLY.
