Your host, Bill Shackelford, is a Georgia Tech grad and avid sports fan. Your home is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse located in a Home Owners Association (HOA) supported community. The home has an open floor plan, large family room with a corner fireplace, nice size dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen – including a new LG Range/Oven you will fall in love with. It includes settings for Bake, Convection Bake/Roast, Broil, Slow Cook, and Air Fry. Cable-equipped TV’s are available in the living room and both bedrooms.

The two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed and private bathroom. Closet space will be available in a walk-in closet. The second bedroom doubles as an office and will be made available for a small additional fee.

This is a small, quite community with easy access to both major interstate highways (I-20 and I-285) and to MARTA (rapid rail). I have great neighbors on both sides who look out for my house when I travel.
