At the heart of the home is an expansive chef-style kitchen, highlighted by a double oven and abundant counter space — perfectly suited for catered dinners, group meals, or effortless hosting. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 12 guests, with additional eat-in and island seating for 8 more.
The spacious living room, anchored by multiple sofas and lounge seating, creates an inviting setting for conversation, match viewing, or relaxed evenings together.

Reservation & Security Deposit Policy
To ensure the continued care and exceptional condition of the estate, a $500 refundable security deposit is required with all bookings.
The deposit will be fully refunded within [X] days following departure, provided no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements are identified after inspection.
