Welcome to Fayette Guest Suite! Stay in your own private suite 4 miles from Trilith in prime Fayetteville location. This is a separate unit on the bottom floor of a 3 story pool house in a charming subdivision on a 2 acre lot. The suite has its own private access with multiple car parking. 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living room, kitchen, walk in closet equipped for all your needs. For stays over a week we offer scheduled weekly cleanings and laundry service for your personal items at no extra charge. Private pool time is offered at scheduled times at your convenience upon arrival in 2 hour windows. The suite can sleep up to 4 with a queen size bed, full size couch and full size air mattress. TVs are in both the bedroom and living room. There is no washer/dryer unit or dishwasher in suite. Smoking is allowed outside in suites own smoking area.
