Our historic 3/2 home is nestled in downtown Fairburn, overlooking a local Christian school’s football field. Sip coffee on the expansive front porch, enjoy a meal in the spacious back yard, or relax surrounded by 150 year old features with original pine flooring, expansive 12 ft ceilings, and timeless furnishings.

The spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep six. All beds are furnished with luxurious all-cotton linens, and the textiles throughout the house have been selected with an emphasis on natural materials to create a more restful environment. Each of the three bedrooms, in addition to the living room, are equipped with a smart TV. Organic toiletries and all-natural personal items are also provided for your comfort.
Our home is historic, and as such, has unique aspects that we feel contribute to its charm. Originally built on the banks of the Chattahoochee River, it was later relocated to its current location and doubled in size when commerce changed from primarily occurring along the rivers to following the path of the railroads. Due to its location, an occasional passing train, siren, or local traffic can be heard; sound machines have been provided in each bedroom for your convenience.
Entering from the back patio, the wide hall opens into the dining space, which seats six. Additional seating is provided at the kitchen island, and the outdoor dining space seats four.
The primary bedroom is furnished with an impressive four-poster king bed, desk, expansive closet, and private full bath.
Between the second and third bedrooms, which are both equipped with queen-sized beds, is the second bathroom, a locked armoire (for the owner’s use), and an office with stained-glass in the transom window.
In the laundry room, a washer and dryer are available for guests’ use, along with a portable crib and high chair.
